A workable sequence names the last batch, the next batch and every shared contact point between them. Production confirms when filling and discharge stop; the cleaning provider records the surfaces reached; the site’s quality lead then completes its own visual check, sample or line-clearance step. If one outlet lip or transfer connection remains outside scope, the next fill should not begin until that exception has an owner and decision.
